Ancient wooden house in Hue
This 100-year-old house, named An Hien, was previously the home of a princess of Emperor Duc Duc and many mandarins of the Nguyen Dynasty. This is a nha ruong, a hand-made traditional wooden house with 48 columns for the cult of the ancestors and Buddha, a symbol of the ancient capital city of Hue.
Bac Giang to host sixth festival for ethnic minorities
Northern Bac Giang Province will host its sixth festival of culture, sports and tourism for ethnic minorities in October. Hue offers discounts to heritage sites in September
During the month, from September 2-30, a group of 10 or more visitors will get 20 per cent discount of entrance tickets to heritage sites in the former royal capital city. Visitors will be allowed using tickets bought at Imperial Palace, Khai Dinh or Minh Mang mausoleums to enter other sites.

Cao Dai Temple - Where the Faithful Worship Among the Tourists
JUST before midnight, the monks were still arriving. Dressed in long, flowing white robes, they resembled fireflies as they rode through the darkness on their motorbikes, descending on the towering temple at the heart of the Cao Dai holy land in southern Vietnam.
