All the services ran very smoothly every step of the way. We all thoroughly enjoyed our guides in all the cities - Tom in Hanoi, Tom in Hue and Hoi An, Thanh in HCMC and Chen in Siem Reap. They are so knowledgeable at presenting the history and culture of the countries. We hated to leave every one of them! The drivers were very good and we felt safe as they maneuvered their way through the cities. The accommodations were the best including the locations and the staff at each hotel were wonderful. The Halong Bay cruise was a delight and we were pleasantly surprised at the high level of accommodation and food on the boat - we loved it. The people of Vietnam and Cambodia are so warm and genuine - it was hard to come back. It is hard to say what was the highlight of the trip.
