Hoi An Cao Lau specialty expects to be named in Asian Record

The Vietnam Guinness Book Center (VGBC) has recently completed the nominating procedure and sent to the Asian Guinness Organisation (AGO) to approve Hoi An Cao lau as (is) a famous specialty of Vietnam.

The Cao lau specialty of Hoi An ancient town has long time attracted many foreign and domestic visitors. According to VGBC, comparing with 57 countries in Asia, Hoi An Cao lau specialty of Quang Nam province is the own famous delicious dish of Vietnam.

If the proposal to be approved, it will be not only honour, but also an opportunity to develop Quang Nam’s cuisine in future.

Reportedly, Quang noodle had been named in the ”Asian Cuisine Value” list by AGO and voted as one of 100 most wonderful dishes of Asia by Travel CNN website.
