Old houses from the French colonial era have been protected from destruction and were brought to the project for rebuilding and restoration. The houses have been carefully disassembled and rebuilt by experienced Laotian craftsmen on the Lao Spirit property - a wonderful way to give these antique, wooden houses a solid future. The centre of the resort consists of three restored 100 year old Laotian-French style buildings.
