 Arrive in Yangon. Meet our guide at Yangon International airport and transfer to hotel. Yangon has been the capital of Myanmar since the middle of the 19th century when the British transformed it into their administrative centre of Further India. Its impressive colonial and spiritual heritage makes Yangon one of the most fascinating capitals of South East Asia. After lunch, a city tour includes the National Museum, Kyaukhtatgyi Pagoda's 70m long reclining Buddha, downtown Yangon with its faded colonial atmosphere, Sule Pagoda, Mahabandoola Park, India town and Chinatown.

After breakfast at the hotel transfer to Yangon's Mingaladon Airport for the flight to Nyaung Oo near Bagan. On the dry plain of central Myanmar by the banks of the Irrawaddy River stands Bagan, one of the most remarkable archaeological sites in Asia. The 230 years, from 11th to 13th centuries, when Bagan was the capital of Myanmar, were marked by a religious fervour and building frenzy resulting in the thousands of stupas and temples many of which are still standing today. 

After breakfast, leisure at hotel till departure and then transfer to Nyaung U airport for domestic flight to Heho. Arrival Heho, drive by road to INLE LAKE (120km-3 hours). Transfer by boat to Hotel. An excursion by boat on Inle Lake will include sights of the famous leg rowers, typical floating gardens, local methods of fishing and village life. In the afternoon, further visits are made to Phaungdaw Oo Pagoda, the weaving village of Inpawkhon and other sights.
Overnight on the lake. 

Visit a colorful local market in the Inle Lake region, and then proceed to Heho Airport. Afternoon domestic flight to Yangon and transfer to hotel. Balance of the day at leisure to pursue individual interests.

After breakfast, it’s time for shopping in Yangon until time to transfer to Yangon international airport for departure.
